Call to request in person appointments. We provide services for adults ages 18 and older.
Initial Evaluation (1hr) Telemedicine
SELF PAY $250
Initial evaluation (60-90 minutes): depending on the length of time and complexity. This is an opportunity to determine whether my services are likely to benefit you and to ensure that your mental health concerns fall into an area where I have the skills and experience to provide safe treatment. It may take more than one visit to determine diagnosis. Assessment findings will be discussed. If both patient and provider agree to proceed, a treatment plan will be created and discussed.
Follow up (15- 45 min) Telemedicine

Medication management and supportive therapy.
